A significant winter storm is set to impact southern Ontario and Quebec starting tomorrow and lasting into Wednesday. Mixed precipitation should begin tomorrow morning/afternoon and lasting into Tuesday night. Strong winds will develop on Wednesday creating reduced visibility near blizzard criteria.

Since the amounts of snow will be minimal west-southwest of Toronto, where the strongest winds are expected to be on Wednesday, blizzard conditions may be reduced. However, any snow that has fallen will be easily blown around causing drifting of snow and reduced visibility on Wednesday.
