Whiteout conditions persist across southeastern Manitoba. Here are the current highway closures:
Hwy 75 from Winnipeg to US Border
Hwy 3 from Winnipeg to Winkler
Hwy 13 from Elm Creek to Carman
More highway closures are possible in the next few hours before conditions gradually improve.
