A winter storm has been impacting parts of North Dakota over the last 12hrs and blizzard conditions are expected today into tomorrow morning. This includes Grand Forks and Fargo.

Pay attention to the latest highway closures if you are travelling across the state. As of 9:40am, you will not be able to travel from Fargo to Bismarck and from South Dakota border to the Manitoba border.
