Heavy downpours impacted the GTA on Wednesday morning causing flash flooding across the area.
Some serious flash flooding on the intersection of St Clair Ave and Jane St in Toronto:
There were no watches or warnings for the area. Like we have said before, Environment Canada needs to move towards a flash flood watch or flash flood warning system ASAP.
