BREAKING: Multiple hwy closures in Manitoba due to winter storm

Austin: Hwy 1 Austin West (closed)

A multitude of highway closures have been reported this morning due to whiteout conditions across southern Manitoba (see image below). The Trans-Canada Hwy has reopened between Brandon and Austin since the below picture was taken.
